My credit card was declined. What now?


So sorry for the hassle! Sometimes our merchant account is irritatingly strict about things like extra spaces or capitalization. Here's what you can do...

You do not have to get a new account. Just log in to the member management screen here, with your user ID and password: http://www.successchef.com/login/.On the right hand side of the screen, you'll see a "Add/Renew Subscription" section, where you can order the product you want. You can pay with an alternate credit card, or use PayPal if you wish.
